I've finished my Christmas Shopping for my family; all I have to do tomorrow is pick up a few things and I can finish creating my last two gifts for a pair of close friends. After that brief foray into the madness that is our downtown at Christmastime, all I shall have left is to wrap the items I have and pray that Amazon delivers my parents' prezzies in time.
After all of that, I'll be able to rest and start a couple of paintings that I've had bouncing around in my brain for the past few months.
Yays!

Glad that you like "Moonglade"; it's one of my favorites as well.

What you say is true... shading can really make or break a drawing in my humble opinion... in fact, it's one element I admire in your work; you really have shading down and it adds a definite depth to your work that is very pleasing to the eye!
